Ko wai koe? – Who are you?

You are an experienced administrator with well-developed organisational skills and a strong background in providing high-quality administrative support. The role requires extensive use of digital systems, so you will demonstrate advanced capability in Microsoft Office and confidence working with databases and other digital tools. Experience within the tertiary education or public sector would be advantageous.

As the first point of contact for the kura, you will be approachable, professional and proactive, with a genuine commitment to providing excellent service.

You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification or have equivalent professional experience. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the initiative to contribute to the continuous improvement and documentation of administrative processes within the School.

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that some groups of people are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about one of these roles but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly, we encourage you to get in touch or to just apply. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
