The Ecosystem Building team operates one of the most extensive startup ecosystems in the world, leveraging on world-class research and innovation capabilities twinned with market connectivity through our regional and global nodes.
We are recruiting for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation. We are currently hiring a Programme Assistant Manager/ Manager to support our Talent pillar that includes:
- Serve as the first line of operational contact for talent programmes that you are assigned to support
- Proactively create positive engagement experience through touch points with partners, programme participants and stakeholders that you may come into contact with
- Manage the administration of government grants (eg. SG Cyber Talent Development Fund), including outreach to potential grant applicants, evaluation of grant proposals, and facilitating grant disbursement through the checking of deliverables and claim submissions
- Perform coordination and administrative duties as necessary to support relevant programmes and operations
- Track and update documentation and data relevant to your duties
Qualifications

- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Meticulous in detail for logistics and documentation tasks
- Take ownership in managing operational and administrative tasks independently
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure in deadline-driven environments
- Collaborate with the programme team in delivering shared outcomes, uphold and contribute to the development of our core operational workflows
- Grant administration and/or customer service experience would be advantageous
