Programme Manager and Learning Designer, Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (Fixed Term)
The Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) at the University of Cambridge is seeking an innovative and highly skilled Programme Manager and Learning Designer to play a key role in advancing the Centre's education and capacity-building initiatives. This exciting position offers the opportunity to contribute to CCAF's mission of increasing knowledge for the public good through exceptional digital learning programmes.
Reporting to the Head of Capacity Building and Education, you will manage the delivery of a diverse portfolio of global online courses. From scheduling and content updates to quality assurance and learner engagement, you will lead the process to ensure that all programmes are impactful, engaging, and aligned with the latest trends in education and learning design.
Your expertise in designing innovative and accessible learning experiences will be vital to the role. Collaborating with subject matter experts, tutors, and mentors, you will create forward-thinking modules, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and ensure all materials meet the highest standards. You will use analytics and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance participant outcomes.
This role also involves leadership and relationship management, including line management of team members and working closely with collaborators to ensure the Centre's strategic objectives are met. Your proactive approach, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to foster strong partnerships will be key to delivering exceptional learning experiences.
