Project Coordinator, Expert Vaccine Analysis Team - Georgetown University Medical Center

The Project Coordinator for the Expert Vaccine Analysis Team (E-VAT) is situated in the Georgetown University Medical Center's Center on Medical Product Access Safety and Stewardship (COMPASS). E-VAT provides unbiased, accurate information and rapid analysis on vaccines and outbreaks to media and the public.
Duties include:
- Coordinate day-to-day E-VAT activities including meetings and briefings
- Develop and manage relationships with journalists and media
- Assess needs and develop partnerships with stakeholders
- Write and edit science-based materials
- Track and communicate outputs and impacts
- Help develop efforts to raise support for E-VAT
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of experience
- Skills in clear writing and communication of scientific information
- Ability to build relationships
- Basic knowledge of life sciences relevant to vaccines
