Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Project Manager II (temporary) is responsible for complex grant-funded program execution, business development, and special project data initiatives. This grant-funded role balances daily grant operations with long-term strategic growth. In addition to overseeing grant-funded educational programming, the PM II actively sources new funding opportunities, works to enhance existing partnerships, and develops and maintains data tracking models needed to measure program success.
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience managing federal funding or strict grant compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least four years of progressive project management experience, with a track record of scaling responsibilities
- Experience working in Higher Education, specifically dealing with federal grant reporting, institutional data, or cross-departmental operations
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, and supervisory leadership experience
- Advanced technical aptitude with business process modeling, data engineering, and data visualization tools
