- Based in the College of Business and Law at City West Campus
- Part-time 0.8 FTE, 3 year fixed term contract
- Salary Range: $92,511 - $99,929 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
- Support applied research projects across sport, tourism and local government
Role Summary
Coordinate CERM PI projects, with a strong focus on data analysis and the regular production of client reports, alongside stakeholder engagement across applied research services.

Work that matters
This role is a key position within the Customer Experience Research Metrics and Performance Indicators (CERM PI) team, supporting the coordination, administration and delivery of applied research projects.
CERM PI delivers benchmarking, advisory and customer experience research services across the sport, tourism and local government sectors, producing regular, high-quality reporting outputs and insights that support evidence-based planning, investment and service delivery.

The team
Reporting to the Business Manager, this role sits within the School of Management in the College of Business and Law and supports the operational delivery of CERM PI projects.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project activity, support data collection, analysis and reporting, contribute to high-quality client outcomes, and support business development activities including proposal preparation and client engagement where required.

Experience
To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
- Experience supporting projects in a complex environment, ideally with exposure to applied research within the sport, tourism or local government sectors
- Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence
- Well-developed analytical and data management skills, including experience working with quantitative and qualitative research data contributing to structured reporting outputs.
- Exposure to or interest in business development activities, including proposal support or supporting client relationship development (desirable)
