Join Us as a Project Officer, Materials and help Shape a New Medical School.
Play a key role in supporting the Graduate School of Medicine as we partner with the University of Waikato to support the establishment of the New Zealand Graduate School of Medicine (NZGSM), which will be a four-year graduate entry medical program with the first intake of students expected 2028.
In this role you will work closely with academic and professional staff of the UOW Graduate School of Medicine, to locate, verify, quality-check and apply publishing standards to the teaching materials and program documentation and materials for transfer to the NZGSM. You will manage documentation across multiple formats, storage systems, maintain version control, ensure copyright compliance and uplift the overall professional publication standard of our materials.
We are looking for a detail-driven hands-on individual with strong publishing, professional editing or marketing materials development experience, someone who can confidently liaise with content experts and ensure all materials are accurate, professionally presented, and ready for an external audience.
