Job Description:

• Coordinate and support stakeholder engagement events, communications and projects.
• Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis.
• Base salary range: $95,231 – $100,643 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity

• Coordinate and support events and stakeholder engagement including industry forums, networking sessions, and internal workshops to advance strategic objectives.
• Develop communications such as website content, capability statements, promotional materials, project reports, and presentations.
• Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Office of Industry and Commercial Development, ensuring compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in project coordination, marketing, communications, or event management.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering professional events and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft reports, promotional content, and correspondence for diverse audiences.
• High-level interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital communication tools.

Note: Occasional travel within the state and interstate may be required.
