- Remuneration: $111,341 to $120,557 pa (HEW6) (inclusive of $94,084 to $101,872 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
- Location: Kelvin Grove (hybrid option available)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Project Support Officer to join Facilities Management, Administrative Division.
The Project Support Officer is a key member of the Business Operations team responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and coordination across various Facilities Management (FM) functions. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, financial asset transfers, and administrative tasks within the department. This role also provides support to the Sustainability Manager as required.

The Facilities Management Department within the Administrative Division is responsible for managing the process of design, construction, maintenance and operation of the physical facilities, and the provision of a range of support services across the University's two main campuses at Gardens Point, Kelvin Grove and a range of smaller offsite facilities..
What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree, with subsequent relevant experience providing project and business operations support.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and schedule activities across multiple projects, while demonstrating effective time management skills to meet project deadlines within the context of competing demands and priorities.
- Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of project principles and procedures within Facilities Management in the higher education sector.
- Proven high-level interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships, consulting and liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Demonstrated high-level digital literacy, including Microsoft Suite, cloud-based systems and applications, with an ability to create procedures.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
