Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a clear prospect strategy with the Director and Associate Director of Advancement & Alumni to support the College’s fundraising plans.
• Proactively identify potential donors and conduct thorough strategic research while adhering to ethical standards.
• Line-manage the Prospect Research Associate and Advancement Officer (Database)
• Produce detailed reports and high-quality briefings for fundraisers and senior College leadership.
• Assist in managing fundraising portfolios for active fundraisers.
