Psychology, Instructor (One-year, Temporary), Non-Tenure Track
The Department of Psychology in the College of Arts and Sciences at Loyola University Chicago seeks qualified candidates for an appointment as Temporary Full-Time Instructor beginning Fall 2025. The department has 35 full-time faculty, serves over 1,200 undergraduate majors, and has PhD programs in clinical, developmental, and social psychology. We welcome candidates with strong teaching profiles in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience and advanced laboratory courses in Cognitive Psychology.

This position involves teaching Introduction to Neuroscience, Sensation and Perception, Cognitive/Behavioral Neuroscience, and Advanced Laboratory in Cognitive Psychology.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience: The candidate will have a PhD in Psychology or Neuroscience at the time of appointment. Candidates for the position must demonstrate clear potential for excellence in teaching and student mentorship. The candidate must be willing to support the mission of Loyola University Chicago and the goals of a Jesuit, Catholic education.

Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000
