PT Clinical Nursing Instructor - Obstetrics, Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics

The Department of Nursing at Goodwin University is seeking a MSN prepared individual to serve as adjunct clinical faculty for the following areas:
- Obstetrics
- Labor & Delivery
- Pediatrics
This will be a 15-week clinical rotation. You would be responsible for overseeing students during their clinical rotation as well as evaluating their associated written clinical paperwork.
Responsibilities-
This individual will:
- Facilitate the clinical experience in acute care or outpatient settings
- Facilitate the clinical experience in the laboratory
- Review and provide weekly feedback to students on clinical packets
- Complete a midterm and final evaluation for each student
Qualifications
- Active license or eligibility for licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Connecticut
- Master’s in Nursing degree
- 3-5 years of nursing experience
