"PT Clinical Nursing Instructor - Obstetrics, Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics"

The Department of Nursing at Goodwin University is seeking a MSN prepared individual to serve as adjunct clinical faculty for the following areas:

• Obstetrics
• Labor & Delivery
• Pediatrics

This will be a 15-week clinical rotation. You would be responsible for overseeing students during their clinical rotation as well as evaluating their associated written clinical paperwork.

Responsibilities-

This individual will:

• Facilitate the clinical experience in acute care or outpatient settings
• Facilitate the clinical experience in the laboratory
• Review and provide weekly feedback to students on clinical packets
• Complete a midterm and final evaluation for each student

Qualifications

• Active license or eligibility for licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Connecticut
• Master’s in Nursing degree
• 3-5 years of nursing experience
