The Flight Affiliate Coordinator position will work with the Associate Director of Affiliate Operations within their department. Assist with FTA and student account management. Assist with auditing of FTA training lessons for compliance and accuracy. Maintaining of Electronic Files for each FTA and enrolled students at each location. Assist with compliance tracking and maintenance of files for FTAs and students. Assists with various projects in support of daily operations as directed. Communicate with students and FTAs via phone and email and regularly answer phone calls.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Report to and work with department Associate Director.
- Daily communication with FTAs:
- Student inquiries
- Assist with compliance tracking.
- Other duties as assigned by the department.
Productivity/Performance.- Strive to give students, staff, and external customers (FTAs) quality customer service and training.
Maintain a 10-20 hour work week.Be available to customers (FTAs and students) who have questions.QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALSEducation and Experience- Four-year college degree required.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience with software development and troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational skills

Pay RangeCompensation is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, along with University needs and external market conditions. Market benchmarks may be used, as appropriate, in combination with internal equity to ensure pay is fair and aligned with the broader compensation structure.
