Lincoln Land Community College is seeking a part-time Public Safety Assistant to help foster a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at our Beardstown campus.
In this role, you'll contribute to the quality of college life by supporting the safety and security of students, faculty, staff, and visitors. You'll serve as an important presence on campus, helping create an environment where everyone can feel comfortable, supported, and ready to learn and work.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid State of Illinois driver's license.
- Must meet criteria outlined in the Illinois Public Community College Act (110ILCS 805/3-42.1), "âEUR¦no person may be appointed hereunder unless the person is at least 21 years of age and possesses a high school diploma or equivalent. No person appointed to or retained in the security department unless that person is of good character and not a habitual drunkard, gambler or a person convicted of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude."
