Radiation Oncologist (Main Campus)
Job Summary
The Department of Radiation Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public seeking a radiation oncologist for a clinical health sciences-track (non-tenure) faculty position at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level for a clinical practice that will be centered at our main campus. Areas of clinical focus may include palliative radiation medicine (malignant and benign diseases), breast cancer, genitourinary malignancies, and/or tumors of the central nervous system. Protected time and support will be afforded for academic activities that may include clinical and translational research and education/mentorship of residents and students.
This position is full or part time, 80%-100%.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health. An essential part of these duties will be working in a collegial relationship with other faculty members.
