Job Description
The Recovery Coordinator leads the institution’s trauma-informed recovery efforts following a campus critical incident. This role ensures a sustained, compassionate, and structured response supporting students, faculty, and staff across multiple phases of recovery—from summer stabilization through the one-year anniversary. Conditions of Employment
This is a temporary position with anticipated employment from July 2026 through April 2027. The position will work a variable schedule based on program needs. Hours are expected to fluctuate throughout the project, ranging from 10 to 29 hours per week. Total anticipated hours for the duration of the position are 800 hours. The successful candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines and program requirements.
Hourly (wage) employees are restricted to working 29 hours per week on average or 1500 hours in total in the May 1 – April 30 period. This position does not have health insurance, retirement or leave.
This position is designated as sensitive. A fingerprint-based criminal history check will be required of the final candidate.
Annual Salary/Hourly Rate
Salary range between $ - $30-40/hour
