Recruitment of Foreign Faculty Members

• Foreign Faculty Members: Candidates specializing in economics, finance, international trade, accounting, supply chain management, risk management, statistics, and other related disciplines. Applicants must be native English speakers with the ability to teach specialized courses fluently in English.

2. Basic Requirements

• Academic Qualifications: Applicants must hold a PhD degree and have graduated from a well-known university or research institution in China or abroad.
• Age Requirements: Applicants should generally be under 35 years of age. The age limit may be extended to 40 for associate professors and 45 for full professors.
• Academic and Research Requirements: Applicants should demonstrate strong research capabilities and have published influential academic papers in major domestic or international academic journals. Candidates with overseas study or work experience will be given preference.

3. Compensation, Benefits, and Application Procedures

• Salary and Research Funding: An annual salary system is adopted. Competitive remuneration packages and dedicated start-up research funding will be offered based on candidates’ qualifications, experience, and achievements. Outstanding candidates may be considered for inclusion in the university’s talent development programs.
• Housing: Eligible candidates may apply to rent university-provided transitional housing at preferential rates. Those who meet the relevant requirements may also benefit from Shenzhen’s talent housing policies.
