Job Summary

Maintain SLCC recycling objectives which include, but are not limited to: picking up recyclable items from all college campuses and bringing the items back to be properly sorted at the main recycling center on the Redwood Campus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities & Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft office software and other general computer knowledge. Ability to stay on task and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of diverse people, ability, culture, ethnic background, to maintain good working relationships across the College. Ability to work with all groups in a diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic background of community college students, faculty and staff, including those with disabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to follow instructions, report to work on time and stay focused on required tasks.
