Minimum Education and Experience:

• MD with Board Certification in General Surgery
• Breast surgical oncology fellowship or surgical oncology fellowship
• Eligible for Associate to Professor rank
• Eligible for/Active NJ Medical License
• Proven leadership experience/building a clinical program
• Record of funded clinical research program and a strong publication record in collaborative research
• Strong teaching skills/mentorship evidence of successful faculty development
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Evidence of alignment with University philosophies on diversity and inclusion required; Focus on diversity and inclusion with evidence of effectiveness preferred
