REGISTERED NURSE (Ambulatory Care Geriatrics Clinic)
- Provide the delivery of culturally sensitive, age-specific team-based care models in delivering nursing care for Primary Care patients including adult/geriatric medicine.
- Perform phone triage, including assessment, screening, clinical advice, nurse visits (in-person/ video visits) in-clinic hands-on procedures, and other duties assigned.
- Accurate and efficient documentation of nursing care.
- Knowledge and appropriate use of internal and external resources.
- Provide functional supervision to assistive personnel; collaborate with colleagues, other disciplines, and health care/community services to promote continuity of care.

- Willingness to adapt to different populations as patient care demands. Orientation and training would be provided for new subspecialties within primary care based on expansion of division.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Michigan
- Three (3) yrs. (out of the last 7 years) of RN experience in Adult Internal Medicine (to include Adult Inpatient, or Emergency Services, or Ambulatory Care Medicine Adult).

Preferred Qualifications
- BSN
- Certification in Ambulatory Nursing
- Ambulatory Phone Triage experience
- Geriatric or complex care experience
Salary & Nursing Framework Level: This UMPNC RN posting is posted as Nursing Framework LEVEL C. Actual Nursing Framework LEVEL and salary will be determined at time of hire. Nursing Framework levels range from Level A to Level F.
Hours/Week: Part Time, 32 hours per week
Shift/Hours/Days: Day Shift; Mon-Fri (hours are variable) includes Saturdays.
Location: East Ann Arbor and West Ann Arbor Geriatrics with the potential to work in other locations with the expansion of division.
Hours may be variable (nontraditional including weekends/holidays) based on clinic/patient/volume needs due to patient and volume demands.
NOTE: All new employees will be expected to float to a designated unit(s) in times of low census.
