Registered Nurse, Main Operating Room ($20,000 sign-on)
Position Summary/ Department Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston Operating Room.
Key Responsibilities
- Peri-operative care in both scrub and circulating roles.
- Providing clinical support and resources.
- Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience as an RN.
Pediatric Operating Room RN experience preferred.
2+ years of Operating Room experience as an RN preferred.
Licensure/ Certifications:
Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse RN
$20,000 sign-on for RNs with over 2 years of OR experience who have not worked at BCH in 2+ years
This position is eligible for a $10,000 Employee Referral Bonus for internal employees
Additional $8/hour incentive for all hours worked after orientation is completed
Salary: 84,448.00 - 181,865.00
Location: Boston, Massachusetts

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
