The Role
We are recruiting to the role of Registry Officer to join our professional, collaborative and service-focused team. This is an exciting time to join the Academic Registry as we support the University in delivering key strategic priorities and continuously improve the student experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the administration and delivery of the assessment cycle for both Roehampton and partner institutions
- Supporting the maintenance and accuracy of assessment data within the Student Record System
- Producing, collating and distributing board reports and ensuring assessment outcomes are recorded and communicated in a timely manner
- Providing guidance on the application of University academic regulations and ensuring strong working relationships with Schools, Faculties and collaborative partners
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong administrative experience, including the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent ICT skills and the ability to manage and manipulate large datasets accurately
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly
- A collaborative and service-focused approach
