- Salary: $84,096 – $95,103 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.

The Opportunity
The Reporting and System Support Officer plays a central role within Procurement Services by ensuring the smooth operation, accuracy and visibility of procurement reporting and systems. Working closely with the Finance Systems team and ITDS, you will contribute to reliable data, functional workflows, efficient processes and enhanced insights that support procurement performance across the University.
In this position, you will manage day-to-day procurement system operations, troubleshoot issues, maintain catalogues and forms, and run essential reports and dashboards. You will support system testing and user acceptance activities, assist users with operational queries, and manage data needed for compliance reporting including GIPA obligations. Your analysis of procurement and system trends will help drive continuous improvement and strengthen decision-making capability within the portfolio.
Through your collaboration with colleagues across Procurement Services, Finance Systems, ITDS and business units, you will help uplift procurement capability and improve user experience. This role offers the opportunity to shape better procurement processes, enhance the quality of institutional data and contribute to the effective functioning of the University’s procurement systems.
What Success Looks Like:
- Deliver accurate dashboards and reports that monitor procurement performance, supplier spend, and operational metrics.
- Maintain a consistent and compliant reporting calendar across operational and regulatory requirements.
- Provide wellstructured insights that support procurement initiatives, SRM discussions, and continuous improvement activity.
- Support audits, compliance investigations, and ad hoc reporting needs with timely, highquality information.

About You
- Demonstrated experience in data gathering, analysis, and dashboard/report development.
- Familiarity with ERP environments such as Oracle and procurement workflow platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and apply sound judgement in a complex operating environment.
