Support model evaluation activities by preparing clinical, simulated, and synthetic datasets; running tests; and documenting system performance and results.Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and refining prototype tools under the direction of the PI.Maintain documentation of development activities, testing procedures, and technical findings related to research prototypes and data-centric AI tools.Collect, organize, and maintain research datasets from approved sources in accordance with project protocols.Perform data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing activities to prepare data for analysis and model development.Conduct basic data analysis and prepare summaries, visualizations, and reports to support research activities.Maintain accurate records of data processing methods and ensure compliance with established data management practices and project protocols.Assist with literature reviews and contribute to the preparation of manuscripts, abstracts, technical reports, and other scholarly materials related to data-centric AI, healthcare, and medicine.Draft and edit research documentation, reports, figures, and presentation materials under the guidance of the PI.Support the preparation and communication of research findings related to AI tools, data discovery, and integrated datasets for publication and presentation at conferences, meetings, and other dissemination activities.Coordinate revisions and maintain organized records of references, citations, and publication-related materials.This job posting reflects the general nature and level of work expected of the selected candidate(s). Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety ReportIn compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an
Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
