Research Associate / Fellow: Digital Chemical Robotics

The School of Chemistry is looking to recruit a Research Associate/Fellow in Digital Chemical Robotics to make a leading contribution to a project working with Prof Lee Cronin. (www.croninlab.com).
The researcher will be working in the broad area of chemical robotics and automated chemical synthesis for drug design and evaluation with skills combining some expertise and / or interest in the following areas: robotics, electronics design, control interfaces, automated chemical synthesis, solid phase synthesis, and molecular design.
We are looking for someone with experience / wish to learn some of the following: complex chemical systems, reaction diffusion, analytical chemistry, chemical engineering.
For appointment at Grade 8 some post doctorial experience in multiple areas as listed above, or at the interdisciplinary interface and / or some expertise in research coordination and running a team would be required Perform the following activities in conjunction with the Principal/Co Investigator.
