Job Title: Research Associate-I

Title of the project: Greenhouse Gas (GHG) estimation from abandoned wells and coalmines

Tenure of Project: One year with effect from October 13, 2025 or till the end of the project, whichever is earlier

Essential Qualification: Ph.D from recognized university/institute with M. Tech/M.Sc./M.Sc.Tech. in Petroleum/ Chemical / Petroleum & Petrochemical / Mechanical / Civil / Computer Science & Engineering/Chemistry/ Mathematics/Earth Sciences/Geology/ Geophysics with B.Tech./B.Sc. in petroleum engineering / Chemical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/Geology from recognized university/institute with first class/division or a minimum of 60% marks.

Desirable Qualification: Candidates with excellent academic background and knowledge of upstream petroleum engineering will be preferred. Working experience in an industry-funded project will be preferable.

Fellowship: Rs. 58,000/- per month + 20% HRA (consolidated)
