Research Position: Research Associate-I

Title of the project: Development of wide-bandgap semiconductors based highly efficient power electronics systems for Electric Vehicle

Sponsoring/Funding Agency: Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), Govt. of India

Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with at least two publications, preferably in IEEE Journals/Transactions (Q1).

Desirable Qualifications: Candidates who have experience in Machine Design and Electric Drives Area are highly encouraged to apply.

Project Duration: 36 months

Stipend: Rs. 58,000/- p.m. + 10% HRA as per norms
