click hereDuties & ResponsibilitiesResearch Development & Execution:- Develops, plans, designs, and conducts primary care and vaccine effectiveness research. Reviews progress and evaluate results.
- Develops or collaborates in the development of new techniques, methods, and equipment.
Regulatory Compliance & Clinical Trials:- Contributes to ensuring regulatory compliance of the research program by coordinating with granting agencies and regulators as required by research program.
- Participates in all aspects of clinical trial implementation, including conducting study visits.
Research Funding & Grant Development:- Participates in the acquisition of research funding by initiating and writing grant proposals.
Scholarly Dissemination & Professional Presentations:- Participates or authors articles in peer-reviewed journals, books or chapter publications.
- Participate or presents at conferences.
Driving Required:- This position requires driving on University business. The successful candidate must have a valid U.S. driver's license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with the University of Arizona Fleet Safety Policy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Knowledge of diseases prevalent in primary care and primary care clinic operations
- Ability to maintain accurate research records and documentation.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety ReportIn compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an
Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
