Behavioral and neural data analysis in a lab studying how the brain supports mood. Prior experience with computing programming in Python, Matlab or an equivalent language is required. Position contingent upon funding.

Job Responsibilities
- This position will support behavioral and neural data analysis and modeling in a lab studying how the brain supports mood. Primary duties involve programming to organize neural data and perform neural data analysis. Additional duties include programming behavioral experiments, overseeing data collection (typically on online platforms) and performing behavioral data analysis. Commitment is required for 1 year; this position is ideal for someone interested in gaining research experience before moving on to a professional program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Substantial experience with computer programming in Python or Matlab is required. Programming languages will include Python, Matlab and Java.

Pay Range: $44,500.00 - $44,500.00 Annual Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level. Internal organization and peer data at Penn are also considered.
