Job Description Summary
The research specialist D will independently design and perform assigned experiments, develop standard protocols, process and analyze results, including analyses of archived data, while adhering to standard procedures and guidelines. This position will manage all animal projects in CAMIPM. Duties include but not limited to carry out routine animal study tasks, keep detailed experimental records, generate reliable data in support of assigned projects and process and analyze results and data for abstracts and publications.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct scientific experiments
• Maintain and edit lab database information
• Supervision of animal maintenance
• Assisting with manuscript publications
• Liaison with collaborators
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Contingent upon Grant Funding

Qualifications

• Master of Science and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
