Offer Description

Mission:

Carry out the management and coordination of research projects of alliances of European universities, as well as administer, manage and operate at a functional level the ERP Odoo platform and its key modules for event communication and project management.

Functions to be developed:

• Plan and develop communication and digital marketing campaigns linked to projects.
• Carry out operational, administrative and monitoring coordination of research and innovation projects with university alliances
• Perform functional configuration and daily management of Odoo modules: CRM, Email Marketing, Surveys, Events, Website and Mailing Groups.
• Manage and update product/service catalogs within the Odoo platform.
• Carry out the organization, logistics and management of corporate events or European projects using the Odoo Events module.

Skills/Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Use of Odoo communication modules: Email Marketing, Surveys and Mail Groups (Advanced level).
• Operational management of the Odoo CRM module (Advanced level).
• Configuration and maintenance of the Odoo Web module (Advanced level).
• Organization and planning using the Odoo Events module (Advanced level).

Other requirements to consider:

• Organizational skills, autonomy and attention to detail.
• Good interprofessional communication and teamwork skills.

Specific Requirements

Knowledge:

• Functional administration of ERP systems (Odoo).
• Management and justification of European research and investigation projects.
• Management of research and innovation projects.
• Design, automation and monitoring of Email Marketing campaigns, satisfaction surveys and data collection.
• Management and publication of web content and digital organization of events.
• Organization, monitoring of deadlines and document management of European projects and their events.

Professional Experience:

• Have worked on other management and collaboration tools in research projects.
• Experience in functions similar to those described will be valued, specifically in the development of research activities, both in the university and industrial environment.

Eligibility criteria

All the candidates who cannot prove the required academic degree will be immediately withdrawn from the selection process.

The CVs will be assessed according the following general criteria:

• The maximum score for the candidates who accomplish all the eligibility criteria stated in the job offer will be 10 points.
• Threshold: 5 points.
• The maximum score (10 points) will be distributed as follows:
• 1 point for required speciality.
• 2 points for required academic training.
• 2 points for technic competences.
• 1 point for organisational competences.
• 3 points for professional experience.
• 1 point for any aspect of the candidate's professional profile to be determined as specially relevant by the Selection committee.

If the selection committee decide to include a personal interview as additional step of the selection process, only the candidates scored 5 or above for their CV will be retained for the interview step.

The interview will be assessed according the following criteria:

• Maximum scoring: 5 points.
• Threshold: 3 points.
• The maximum score will be distributed according the following criteria:
• 2 points for adequacy to functional competences of the job.
• 2 points for adequacy of professional experience.
• 1 point for any aspect of the candidate's professional profile to be determined as especially relevant by the Selection committee.

The eligible candidates will be ranked from highest to lowest score, being this the selection criteria.
