"Research Technician"

The research technician position is within the Laboratory of Bio-inspired immuno-gene therapy of the OSU College of Pharmacy. The position is bench work based. The responsibilities include routine cell culture maintenance, extracellular vesicle collection by using ultracentrifugation, preparation of lipid nanoparticles, and basic characterization of nanoparticles, such as size, surface charge, protein concentration by using a BCA kit.

Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED, and 1 year of relevant experience.

Desired Qualifications: Bachelors degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biology, biomedical engineering, or related field. 1-2 years of wet lab experiences preferred.
