Job Description

• Manage operations for a residential complex of 300-425 students
• Supervise and train a staff of 10-13 Resident Assistants and one Head Resident
• Support the residential curriculum by participating in the development and execution of educational plans
• Support student retention through academic and personal support programs and direct outreach
• Participate in after-hour crisis response and assigned on-call duty rotation for campus housing
• Advise hall government and provide training and resources to support student leadership

The anticipated start date is flexible but must fall between 6/1/2026 & 6/29/2026.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education, or related field Prior Live-in Residential Life staff member OR Bachelor’s degree or higher Three years of related experience

Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $53,000 annually.
