Residence Life Community Manager (live-in post).
Open-ended Contract - Permanent.
Full Time - 35 hours per week.
We have an exciting opportunity and are looking for a passionate manager with experience in student support within a residential setting to join our award-winning Residence Life team.
The Opportunity:
To professionally manage one of the four Residence Life communities approx. 2500 students.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Proven line and performance management experience of individuals and teams.
- Experience of building community and supporting students by offering advice, guidance and signposting appropriately.
- Project management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Flexible approach to working hours and ability to engage with a Duty Manager rota 7-days a week from 8am-11pm.
