Residential Life Coordinator
Job Description:

- Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
- Base salary range: $95,231 – $100,643 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area

About the opportunity
- You will play a key support role in fostering a safe, energetic and harmonious living and learning environment for residents.
- Plan, develop and deliver a Professional Development portfolio that provides residents with knowledge, skills and opportunities to support their transition from tertiary study to career progression.
- Coordinate events and activities, internships, work placements and a variety of employment offerings.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent competency.
- Substantial relevant experience at an appropriate level.
- Experience coordinating events, working with young adults from diverse backgrounds, and sound knowledge of risk management principles.
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Sound knowledge of the issues that affect the personal, academic and social lives of young people.
Special Requirements
- A current National Police Clearance Certificate,
- Occasional weekend work
