Resource & Operations Analyst Lead

The Resource and Operations Analyst Lead oversees planning, logistics, budgeting, and HR functions for Undergraduate Education (UE) units supporting academic programs. The role advises the Dean on budget and strategic planning, manages complex fiscal and personnel processes, and ensures policy compliance. Working closely with UE leadership, the Provost’s Office, and college administrators, the Analyst supports project implementation, resource management, assessment, and reporting.
