The Role:
The HR Reward Team leads on the development of all reward schemes and associated remuneration policies across the University. The team is currently made up of the Head of Reward and four Reward Advisers, and we are looking to appoint a Reward Administrator to support the team.
As the Reward Administrator you will be a critical point of initial contact for various general reward and benefit enquiries from within and outside the HR Division. You will support the team with various elements of the schemes they manage, including, but not limited to, assisting with scheme launches and communicating outcomes upon completion of the processes.
About you:
In order to succeed in this role, you will join us with:
- Prior administrative experience;
- An ability to utilise Microsoft Office and other IT programs to support your work;
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
- Outstanding planning and organisation skills;
- The ability to prioritise your own workload.
