Job Description
- Play a key role in delivering a high-quality scholarships experience that supports student access, success and progression.
- Join a collaborative Student Success and Progression team committed to service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
- Base salary range: $83,212 – $92,231 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Directorate of Student Success and Progression sits within the UWA Education Portfolio, overseen by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Education and Student Experience. Student Success and Progression play an integral role in the shared strategic goal of providing a world-class student experience. The Directorate has responsibility for critical functions across the student lifecycle, including Admissions, Enrolments, Fees, Scholarships, Timetabling, Student Advising, Exams and Graduation.
About the opportunity
- Coordinating designated scholarships, including promotion, application processing, assessment support, offer management, financial administration and reporting.
- Responding to a wide range of student and stakeholder enquiries using sound judgement and a customer-focused approach.
About you
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Substantial administrative experience, ideally within a complex service environment.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service to diverse stakeholders.
- Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently, use initiative and meet deadlines while contributing positively to a team.
