Process credentials related to admissions.
Monitor student academic files to ensure information is
complete and updated by filling in information and changing records
when applicable.
Manage daily work responsibilities and recommend changes to
supervisor to improve processes.
May be cross-trained in other areas and assigned to assist with
other special projects.
Other Duties as Assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Three years of general office experience or equivalency (one year
of education can be substituted for two years of related work
experience), one of which in an academic setting; and demonstrated
human relation and effective communication skills required. College
coursework in a related area is preferred.

essential functions of the job as outlined in the position
description.

Special Instructions
This position is fully remote. In order to perform the job
responsibilities remotely, a reliable private internet connection
is required. Staff will be provided a university laptop to be used
exclusively for job functions. Staff may be required to come to the
University of Utah Main Campus in Salt Lake City, UT at the start
and end of their employment to pick-up or return equipment.
On-boarding and new employee training will be conducted virtually
via Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Out of state remote employment is not allowed, candidates must be
living in the state of Utah to be considered.

Work Schedule Summary: We are looking for 6-8 team members
to work 30 to 40 hours per week during regular office hours; Monday
– Friday 8 am to 5 pm, for a period of 3 months. The anticipated
work dates would be from September 21, 2026 through December 21,
2026.

Pay Rate Range: $14 - $16 per hour. First year seasonal
evaluators will start at $14.00 per hour. Starting pay will
increase with each subsequent year the seasonal evaluator
works.
