Senior Administration Officer

- Remuneration: $111,341 to $120,557 pa (HEW6) (inclusive of $94,084 to $101,872 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
- Location: Kelvin Grove (hybrid option available)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Senior Administration Officer to join QUT College, Education Portfolio, Academic Division.
There are three Senior Administration Officer (SAO) roles within the QUT College Administration team. Each SAO provides a range of key administrative functions that support all aspects of the student lifecycle and program management needs for the College. Responsibilities are distributed across the SAO roles to ensure comprehensive coverage of areas including engagement, admissions, study plan management, compliance, scheduling support, space management, and specialist student support. This position reports to the Administration Coordinator for workload management, career planning, development, and performance expectations.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a degree with subsequent relevant experience.
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills with a proven ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience with review, evaluation, and implementation of business processes that contribute to ongoing improvements to student services.
- Demonstration interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise effectively with, and provide excellent service to, diverse client groups.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team as well as function independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures, data, and legislation to deliver high-quality services.
- Demonstrated digital literacy skills including Office 365 and knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of, university systems used to manage reporting and student records.
