Senior Athletic Trainer, Men's Basketball
The Highlights:
This position provides comprehensive sports medicine services for DePaul student-athletes, with primary responsibility for the men’s basketball program, including injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, return-to-play coordination, and holistic wellness support. The role assists in the daily operations of the Athletic Training Room, supports the development of junior athletic trainers and sports medicine staff, and collaborates with physicians, coaches, administrators, and campus partners to promote student-athlete health, safety, and performance.
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive athletic training services for student-athletes, with primary responsibility for the men’s basketball program.
- Support the daily operations of the Athletic Training Room.
- Promote holistic student-athlete wellness.
- Maintain professional competency, licensure, and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Need:
- National Athletic Trainers Association Certificate
- Licensed or eligible for Athletic Trainer licensing in the state of Illinois
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certified
- Valid Drivers License
The anticipated hiring range for this position is: $74,367 to $105,000.
