Senior Coordinator, Integrity and Appeals
About the Role
The Senior Coordinator, Integrity and Appeals is responsible for the effective management and administration of all activities and processes relating to integrity and appeals for courses and programs offered by the College of Design and Social Context in all modes and locations. This role manages the College Integrity and Appeals team, ensuring that all activities are completed and compliant with University policies, making effective use of relevant systems to deliver services in a professional and timely manner.
The incumbent will work collaboratively and pro-actively with key stakeholders, including professional, academic and teaching staff, to achieve strategically aligned and sustainable outcomes. The position plays a key role in support of the service delivery improvements in line with the College's strategic directions, ensuring alignment with University directions, and leads cultural and work practice changes required to support operational objectives.
To be successful in this position, you'll have:
- Proven knowledge and demonstrated experience in the coordination and delivery of local, global, and online academic services operations in the tertiary education sector.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating direct reports and broader staff groups to deliver high performance outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service, applying understanding of stakeholder needs to improve experience.
- Well-developed organisational and planning skills and the ability to analyse complex problems and synthesise information to develop solutions
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to interpret and apply policies, provide specialist advice, and work collaboratively with colleagues beyond the immediate work unit to achieve team and organisational objectives.
- Demonstrated success developing and improving administrative systems and processes.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including report-writing, presentation skills and process mapping.
- Knowledge of secondary and tertiary education systems (desirable)
