About the Role
The Senior Coordinator Workforce Planning is responsible for leading the College Workforce Planning Team and the Workday Support Team.
The Workforce Planning Team manages the casual academic lifecycle across the College’s academic schools. The role will provide hands-on direction and guidance to their team on HR policies in relation to sessional engagements and processes including remuneration, compliance and engagement, while ensuring alignment with all College and University policies.
The Workday Support team has been established by DSC in response to feedback around the Workday support needs and priorities. This team provides assistance and support on Workday related tasks.
The Senior Coordinator Workforce Planning will also drive ongoing process improvements and implement new initiatives to support best practice within the college, liaising with other teams where appropriate. They will identify and escalate issues of non-compliance with policy where appropriate.
To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
- Demonstrated experience providing strategic advice and direction regarding processes and systems.
- Proven extensive organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to drive decision-making by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships.
- Highly developed computer literacy.
- Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, contributing to the achievement of team goals.
