The Senior Custodian maintains the overall appearance, sanitation and safety of dining operations. This position sorts and disposes of garbage, compost, and other recyclable materials and breaks down cardboard boxes. The Senior Custodian cleans trash and disposable containers and collection areas, and performs floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming.
