Main Responsibilities

• Provide user support for the University's Student Information System (CamSIS).
• Scope projects and engage in the planning and project management.
• Perform business analysis and requirements gathering for changes and projects.
• Research options and propose solutions for changes and projects.
• Support project implementations, user training and onboarding activities.
• Perform annual system maintenance & configuration activities.
• Ensure that systems and procedural documentation is maintained and accurate.
• Triage helpdesk tickets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-on experience in using CamSIS (essential).
• Business analysis, requirements gathering or change management (desirable but not essential).
• Administrative background with general knowledge of IT systems (desirable but not essential).
• Enthusiastic self-starter with a keen interest in learning new technologies.
• Positive customer focused attitude.
• Comfortable navigating and finding solutions.
• Comfortable with analysis of large data sets and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Degree (2:1 or higher) or equivalent work experience.
