"Senior Fundraising Support and Services Manager"

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is seeking a Senior Fundraising Support and Services Manager to lead a team of two Fundraising Support Executives, providing pre-award support to income-generating teams in the UK, USA, and internationally. The role involves overseeing the structuring, costing, and management of proposals and funding agreements, leading pledge administration and philanthropic scholarship processes, and improving operational processes. The postholder will also represent the team on LSE’s CRM replacement project to ensure system design meets operational and compliance needs.

This is a fixed-term appointment for 12 months, based in London, with a salary of £59,949 to £68,160 per annum inclusive, with potential to progress to £75,073 pa inclusive of London allowance and a £6,000 market supplement. Hours are full time, and the contract is permanent.

Requirements include experience leading fundraising or advancement operations in higher education, not-for-profit, or comparable organizations; thorough knowledge of UK and international fundraising practices; strong leadership skills; and excellent communication skills.
