- Academic Leadership: Provide guidance and support to ensure authentic practices are embedded within subjects.
- Governance and Quality: Oversee academic integrity and quality assurance across experiential learning subjects.
- Collaborate and Enhance: Work with the Employability Team to ensure seamless integration of co-curricular programs.
You are an experienced educator with a passion for experiential learning, possessing strong leadership skills and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams, while driving innovation in business and economics education.
You may also:
- Have a doctoral-level qualification in a Business and Economics discipline.
- Be experienced in developing innovative education programs and curriculum design.
- Have a track record in managing experiential learning activities and industry partnerships.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Be skilled in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to enhance student engagement.
