Join the Williams Centre for Learning Advancement as a leader in experiential and work-integrated learning. You will have the opportunity to design and deliver innovative educational programs, collaborate with industry partners, and support academic staff to create engaging learning experiences. Your role will be pivotal in integrating real-world learning opportunities across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, enhancing student employability and career readiness.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead and Innovate: Design, develop, and deliver experiential and work-integrated learning activities across programs.
  • Academic Leadership: Provide guidance and support to ensure authentic practices are embedded within subjects.
  • Governance and Quality: Oversee academic integrity and quality assurance across experiential learning subjects.
  • Collaborate and Enhance: Work with the Employability Team to ensure seamless integration of co-curricular programs.
You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced educator with a passion for experiential learning, possessing strong leadership skills and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams, while driving innovation in business and economics education.
You may also:
  • Have a doctoral-level qualification in a Business and Economics discipline.
  • Be experienced in developing innovative education programs and curriculum design.
  • Have a track record in managing experiential learning activities and industry partnerships.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities.
