Senior Lecturer / Lecturer (PR0363/22-23)

The Department of Management invites applications for a position in Management at either the Senior Lecturer or Lecturer rank. We are seeking candidates with substantial professional work experience at a senior level and teaching experience at higher education or professional level. Teaching expertise in Human Resources Management and Employment Law courses is essential for this position. The ability to teach subjects such as general management, and/or General Education would be an advantage. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates with good contacts in the business community. Applicants are expected to have sound teaching and student engagement experience and research capability.

The appointee will work on the Kowloon Tong campus and will be primarily responsible for teaching the bachelor’s degree in business administration and assisting in programme management and development.

The initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
