Senior Manager, Evidence to Scale

SENIOR MANAGER, EVIDENCE TO SCALE, Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), to contribute to its mission of promoting evidence-informed policy as part of J-PAL’s Leadership & Policy & Communication team, a diverse and integrated group that works together in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the goal of equipping policymakers, researchers, and staff with the necessary knowledge to conduct rigorous impact evaluations.

Job Requirements

  • REQUIRED: Master’s degree in Economics or in Public Policy with a concentration in economics or development; a minimum of seven years of work experience in public policy, public administration, international development, international affairs, economics, or a related field and have demonstrated academic interest in rigorous evidence about poverty alleviation. This experience should include a minimum of two years of experience working in a low- or middle-income country, applying rigorous evidence to program or policy design and implementation, and scaling one or more evidence-informed development intervention(s).
