Job Description:
Summary:
The Senior Program Coordinator provides and oversees the provision of logistical and administrative support to the Stephen S. Weinstein Advocacy Program (“Advocacy Program”), which includes oversight of and support for approximately 50 adjunct faculty members. The incumbent also provides student support services to all students affiliated with the Advocacy Program, including LLM students, Mock Trial Honor Society, Moot Court Honor Society, and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Independent study students, and students in Advocacy Program courses.
Essential Functions:
- Office Management
- Incumbent serves as the first point of contact for adjunct faculty and law students involved in the Advocacy Program. Provide support to adjunct faculty members teaching Advocacy courses. Coordinate the scheduling, enrollment, syllabi and course materials for Advocacy courses. Assist the Advocacy Program faculty and staff in ensuring effective program operations and compliance with American Bar Association requirements for experiential education credits. Further, incumbent will maintain control of the Advocacy Program’s social media accounts, and Advocacy Program website. The incumbent coordinates and implements new initiatives as directed by Program.
- Financial Management
- The incumbent will be responsible for all financial requirements of the Advocacy Program including reconciling GL monthly expenses, managing and reconciling the office credit card accounts, and budget management, coordinating payment for competition and adjunct faculty coaches.
- Competition Team Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for major events sponsored by the Advocacy Program, including all annual mock trial competitions. Assist with recruiting local attorneys, judges, and jurors for mock trial competitions.
- Final Assessment Coordination
- Coordinate all administrative aspects for final examination trials for the Advocacy Program, including coordinating jurors for final trials, logistical arrangements, notifications and faculty management.
- Ancillary Program Coordination
- Assist with the administrative and logistical implementation of LL.M, summer and ancillary program and curriculum; including marketing, budget, faculty and logistical coordination.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- Full-time.
- 35 hours per week.
Salary Range:
- $29.09 - $33.96 per hour.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in administration, planning and logistical support.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative/logistical experience in an office setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
